We have been told that all papers are made equal. Unfortunately, that is simply not true. Office supplies, much like death and taxes, are almost certainties in a normal office purchasing cycle. Unfortunately, copy and printing paper has been relegated to the status of a commodity. The quality conundrum, already a technical minefield, has become impossible to resolve for everyday managers.
